Using the filter on grids
Quick Search Filter
The column that is being filtered is shown in square brackets [ ] after the Quick Search heading (in the example shown this is searching on the Customer Name column).
Using this as an example simply type Part or ALL of the customer name that you are searching for and click on the green search icon to filter the list to Customer Names CONTAINING the search text
Use the red cross icon to cancel the filter
Advanced Search Filter
Use the Select a data field to select which column you are filtering by
Select the type of filter
like Find entries that CONTAIN the given text
= Find the entry that matches the given text exactly
Enter the search criteria (the text that you are searching for)
Click on the green +button to add another level of search
for the additional search lines you can select between AND and OR for the connection between filters
Click on the green SEARCH button to activate the filter
Click on the red Clear button to clear all current filters
Column Filter
To filter for a specific column when an advanced filter is not available
Move the mouse cursor to the top right of the header in the column you wish to filter
Click on the Menu Button
Click the Filter Button
Select the type of filter that you wish to use from the drop down box
Enter the text that you wish to filter for in the Filter… box
As you type the text additional filter boxes will appear below to enable multiple filters on the column

Column Order
To alter the column order:
Find the column you want to move
Click and hold in the column header
Drag the column to the new position
Release the mouse button
Click the Save Layout button

Pinning the column to the left or right of the Grid will allow you to scroll through the rest of the columns whilst keeping that column in place and visible.
To pin a column:
Move the mouse cursor to the top right of the header in the column you wish to pin
Click on the Menu Button
Hover over Pin Column
Select Pin Left, Pin Right to pin the column at the respective side of the Grid
Select No Pin to remove the pin for that column and put it back into the scrollable Grid

Show / Hide Column
To Show or Hide columns in the Grid
Move the mouse cursor to the top right of the header in the column you wish to pin
Click on the Menu Button
Select the Column Choice button
Tick the columns that you wish to Show
Untick the columns that you wish to Hide
