The Dashboard is a way of instantly seeing metrics relating to Journease, e.g. No of Jobs Entered, a Chart to show Early vs Late and On Time deliveries

To Add a Dashboard item to the grid

1. Click on the Drop-Down Arrow next to the Dashboard header

2. Select the Item you wish to add from the available list

3. once the item is placed on the grid click the Save icon in the top right

To Remove a Dashboard Item from the grid

1. Click on the Dustbin icon in the top left of the Item

   1. NOTE: if the item does not remove immediately press F5 to refresh the screen and try again.

2. Once the Item has been removed click the Save icon in the top right

you can move currently displayed items around the screen by holding the Left Mouse Button and dragging into the new position.

As you move the item, any current items that are in the area will move automatically to accommodate the new position of the selected item

Letting go of the Left Mouse Button will snap the item to the grid

Don't forget to click on the Save button at the top of the Dashboard Grid to save the layout

Can’t find the Dashboard Item that you want?

If you wish to have a specific Dashboard item that is not available in the standard list then contact Journease Support and we will be able to add a bespoke Item for you.

NOTE: This may incur some development cost depending on the complexity of the item
