Default settings for the Job Screen in Journease

Make Jobs Tripable
Having this ticked will make Job addresses Tripable by default.
This will make the Job addresses appear on the Trip Planning Screen in the Un-Tripped list ready for allocating to a Trip
Note: This can be done manually on an address by address basis in the Job Screen, the checkbox here is to set the default state for this control

Auto Add Addresses
Having this ticked will make any New Addresses that you use for a Customer, against Collection or Delivery, automatically entered into the Address Book

Calculate Times
Having this ticked will make Journease calculate times by default when Calc Route button is pressed

Having this ticked will make Journease attempt to Geo-Code addresses as they are entered

Add Depot Start / Finish
Having these ticked will automatically add your depot as a NO SHOW address at the start or end of the route respectively
Ticking both checkboxes will add both start and end addresses

Optimise Stops
Having this ticked will optimise the stops on a route into the best order, this will only work if you have at least four unique addresses on a Job

Display Load Details on Invoice

Having this ticked will set the state of the Display load details checkbox on the Job Screen which, in turn, will display any details in the Load Details box on Invoices generated by that job

This will set the default address type that is entered when you first click the Add Address button on the Job Screen

These will set a default surcharge to ALL jobs created, this will be as a percentage of the Sales Price

Make Delivery Addresses tripable
Like the Make Jobs tripable checkbox above you can tick these to set only collection or only delivery addresses as tripable by default
This will make the Job addresses appear on the Trip Planning Screen in the Un-Tripped list ready for allocating to a Trip

Default delivery stop time
Setting a time here will automatically add that time to each Job Address when calculating a route.
