Using the Filter

There are two sections to the Live Console Filter - Date Filter and Selection Filter

Date Filter || Selection Filter

 

Date Filter

By Default the Filter will show todays date, once used it will retain the last applied filter when leaving and returning to the screen.

  1. Enter the Start Date and End Date that you wish to filter for.

    1. If using Start Date, uncheck the Ignore Start Date Checkbox

  2. Alternatively, Use the Radio Buttons to select the date range that you wish to view

    1. Unchecking the Ignore StartDate checkbox in this instance will show ALL Jobs currently on the Live Console up to the set date.

  3. Remember to click the Apply Filter button to set the filter in place

 

Selection Filter

By Default the filter will show:

  • All Depots (unless you are locked down to a specific depot)

  • All Customers

  • All Suppliers

  • All Drivers

You can utilize these filters to either filter for or exclude specific Depots, Customers, Suppliers, Drivers or Vehicle Types in the resulting grid.

When th erequired filter has been set click on Apply Filter to apply it, or Clear Filter to reset back to default.

 

 

Live Console Status Colours

Click on the Colours button to open the Colour Selection Modal

Here you can select the colours that you wish to apply to each of the Live Console Statuses

Note: In the General Settings under the Live Console tab you can select whether the whole line is colour coded or just the Status Column.

The colours in the grid will update automatically as the relative status is set.

 

 

Status Hierarchy

The normal progression of the for the Live Console Statuses is as follows:

  1. Non Active Job (NA)

    1. This is a Job that has been added to the Live Console but is yet to be started

  2. On Site (OS)

    1. This shows when the Supplier/Driver has arrived on site at the next address in the list for that job

  3. Active (A)

    1. Driver is actively between job addresses

  4. Complete (C)

    1. All addresses on the Job have been completed

Additional Statuses:

  • Late Collection / Delivery

    • If an address status has not been changed by the time the original Date/Time is reached

    • This can be set to work from the ETA time in Global Settings

  • Mobile Declined

    • Job list has been sent to a drivers PDA, but the driver has declined the Job Address

  • Failed From Mobile

    • The Job Address has been Failed on the PDA

  • No Driver

    • If a job is due to start within X minutes but does not have a supplier/driver assigned

    • Note: the value of X can be set in the Global Settings

 

Job Detail View

The Live Console Grid shows the Job/Trip level details, double clicking on a grid row will open the Job Detail Modal.

This is where you can see the progress of the driver and, if need be, manually enter Arrival / POD / GOB details
