Customer Reports

This is where you can run regular customer reports as a bulk process, to set up a new entry:-

  1. Select the Report Set that you wish to run e.g. Default / Weekly / Monthly, to set up a new Report Set click the new button next to the drop-down box, to delete a Report Set select the Report set and click the red cross
  2. Select the Customer using the drop-down box under Customer Name
  3. Select an email address using the drop-down box under E-mail Addresses this will only show addresses associated with the selected Customer
  4. Select the Report that you wish to run using the drop-down box under Report Name
  5. Click Save to save this report run to the list


To run reports that are in this list:-

  1. Tick the Process tick box for the selected report run, you can tick multiple tick boxes for bulk report runs
  2. If you want to view the reports before emailing then tick the Preview Only tick box at the top and Run Reports, this is recommended to ensure that, a) the correct reports have been processed and b) that the report details are correct, before sending out to the customer.
  3. Once checked and agreed that all is correct untick the Preview only tick box and Run Reports.

Single reports can also be run from the Reports windows on a per customer basis.
