Problem


How do I delete a User from Journease

In Journease we don’t delete users so much as retire them, this means that should they return it is easier to re-add them

Step-by-step guide


Solution

Following the below process will lock the user and stop them from being able to log in.

  1. Navigate to Lookup/Administration/Users
  2. Locate the User you wish to remove - untick the Active tickbox
  3. Click Save to save the changes

To re-activate a User and allow them to log in again

  1. Navigate to Lookup/Administration/Users
  2. Untick the Hide Inactive Users tickbox in the ribbon
  3. Locate the user you wish to re-activate - tick the Active tickbox
  4. Click Save to save the changes
