Web Tracking Settings | |

| Here we can set up and maintain information that is presented on the web booking / tracking resource in journease. | |
| Track Action | This is the code that is displayed on the web tracker |
| Description | This is your description of what the code means |
| Web Description | This is the description of what the code means as shown on the web tracker |
| Active | Tick to make this setting active on the website |
| Show on Customer Report | Tick this box to include this information on customer reports e.g. invoices |
SMS Text for Trips | |
| This is where you can set the default SMS messages sent to the customer for trip delivery | |
| SMS Text | The message Text that is sent |
| Start Time Slot | Set the start time slot for the customer (e.g. exact estimated time, or 1 hour before the estimated time) |
| End time slot | Set the latest time that this delivery will be made (e.g. 2 hours after the Start Time) |
| Min Start Time | The earliest a delivery can be made (start of working day) |
| Max Finish Time | The latest time a delivery can be made (end of working day) |
SMS Text for Jobs | |
| This is where you can set the default SMS messages sent to the customer for Job statistics | |
| SMS Text (appears at start of message) | This is the text that will appear at the top and in the subject of the SMS |
| Tick all the items that you want to show | Tick all the boxes that refer to the information that you wish to be included with the SMS, untick for information you do not wish to send, for example you may not want to include contact details in an SMS message, or you may not want the SMS to show products on board |
