Reject Codes

Here we can set up the Rejection codes used in Stock Items & PIDs. Creating a new code that matches one that already exists will prompt a pop-up when you try to save, if you cant see the duplicate code then it may be Non-Active and hidden.
New	Adds a blank line to the bottom of the table to allow entry of a new code
Save	Click to save any changes to this table N.B. this button will only activate when a change has been made
Hide Non-Active Reject Codes	When ticked the table will only display the reject codes that have the Active tickbox ticked
Reject Code	The code given to this type of rejection
Default Description	The reason for using this Reject Code
Sort Order	As you can add rows to this table at any time this will set the order that you want them to be listed in, 1 will be at the Top, 2 will be second down, etc.
Active	Tick this if you want this reject code to be available in the drop-down box in Stock Items & PIDs
Default For Collection	Tick the default setting that will show when this item is picked from the storage area (for this you could have a code that shows goods OK)
