If you have not yet signed up for the customer portal - Navigate to www.journease.co.uk and click on Customer Login in the top right corner
- Click on Setup an Account
- Enter your company ID - This can be found in Journease by navigating to Help > About
- Enter a Username
- If an account has already been set up against this company ID you will see a warning to say that you have an account, If you cannot remember your log in details please contact Journease Support on 0117 958 6180
- If an account does not exist an email will be sent to the main email account associated with your company, This email will confirm sign up and provide you with a password
Once you have created an account or if you already have an account navigate to https://support.journease.co.uk/ - Input your username
- Input your password - If you cannot remember your log in details please contact Journease Support on 0117 958 6180
- Click the Login button
