Trip Planning

Filtering can be done in one of four ways or a combination of Date and Depot:

• Entering a Trip Number

• Filter by Exact Date

• Filter by Date Range

• Filter by Depot
  

You can select the correct depot by clicking the dropdown field pictured below.

Press the Yellow Button, Create Trip

This will then open a Modal Window

Select the relevant Depot.

Select the Trip Date

If you use Trip Statuses, select the required status.

If you use Zone Sets, select the zone set for this trip.

Once you click Create, you will be presented with a Card

Press the Blue Button, Un-Tripped

This will then open a Modal Window

You can also click Show Selected on Map or Show all on Map

This will then open a Modal Window

You can open a trip by either entering the Trip Number, double clicking on a Trip Card or clicking a Blue Link from other locations in Journease Go.

By doing so this will open a Trip Modal

You can add jobs to trips in multiple ways:

1. Un-Tripped to New or Existing Trip
   

Tick the required check boxes on the left hand side of each row.

You now have two options:

• Add to New Trip (follow the instructions above).
  

• Add to Existing Trip, (you will need the trip number prior to clicking the button).
  This will open a small modal window, enter the trip number and click Update Trip.

2. Dragging from Un-Tripped Modal to Trip Card

Select Click on the Candybox hold, and drag onto the card.

Click yes to confirm the move.

** You can also move the enitre modal window by clicking on the header (highlighted).

3. Dragging from Existing Trip Modal to Trip Card

You can click the pencil of an existing trip to open a Small Trip Modal which can also be moved and allow you to follow the same steps as above to move from Trip Modal to Trip Card

Which will open this Small Trip Modal.

4. From Map to Trip

Right Click on the map to drop green arrows, once you have done this you can click Set Group or Clear Group to start again.

This will then place a these drops in a group which can then be added to a trip by clicking Add to Trip.

You will now be presented with another Modal Window that you can choose the trip you wish to add the drops onto, alternativly you can Create a trip

Once you click Add the Selected drops will go onto that New or Existing Trip.
