Maintain Job Reminders

This screen is used to create and maintain Job Reminders from Templated Jobs.

To create a new template please see New Job and select Template during Job Creation

To Create a new Reminder for a current Templated Job

  1. Click on the Green plus button on the left of the screen

    1. this will create a new line

  2. Select the required Template Number from the drop-down box

  3. Tick the Checkbox against each day that you want this reminder to run

  4. If selecting Monthly the select Interval and day that the reminder will run

  5. Click Save

To Remove a set reminder, tick the Delete Checkbox at the start of the line and Save (NOTE: this will delete the Reminder NOT the Template itself)

If you have past reminders that have not and are not going to be turned into Jobs then you can tick the Reset Date checkbox at the end of the line which will reset the start point to todays date.

Jobs From Reminders

This is where you can select which Templates, that you have been reminded of, are turned into actual Jobs.

The list will show all current Job Reminders

 

To create Jobs from Templates

  1. Tick the Process checkbox against the Templates that you wish to turn into Jobs (Tick the checkbox in the process column header to select all)

  2. Click the Create Jobs button

  3. Jobs will automatically be created for the selected dates and the reminder will disappear from the list
