Add new Vehicle
Click on the Add New button, this will create a new line in the Grid where you can enter the details for the new Vehicle.
The minimum requirement for this is Reg number. Once entered don't forget to click the SAVE button to save your changes
Â
Â
Note as well that if you are re-entering a previously used vehicle, check that the Vehicle is not already set-up but has been made non-active.
To do this untick the Only Show Active Vehicles checkbox to list ALL vehicle.
If it is there then ticking the Active checkbox against that Vehicle will make it active and useable again
Alert times can be set in the Global Settings window under the Profile tab.
Here you can set the number of days and miles that Journease will warn you prior to the expiry.
These will display as an Orange background to the cell (Red meaning already expired)
Â
Â
A Tile can be added to the Dashboard to give you a visual representation of any items that are flagged as Expired or due to expire.
Clicking on View info will take you to the Vehicles Window
