Performing Vehicle Checks via Mobile

  1. Open the Mobile App and click the three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen to bring up the sub menu (Fig 1)
  2. Select Vehicle Checks to open the Vehicle Check Manager (Fig 2), select the registration of the vehicle that you are checking. Then click on Start Vehicle Check. You will be asked to confirm the operation (Fig 3), clicking on Yes will open the check screen (Fig 4)
  3. Scroll down the check sheet answering each question by clicking the appropriate radio button, at the bottom of the list is an area for you to type any other defects, rectifications and any other comments, Once complete click Save (Fig 5).
  4. The mobile will send its information to Journease and can be viewed in Vehicles & Services>Vehicle Checks (via Mobile app) window (Fig 6), you can also add notes here on rectification of defects.
Once you open the Vehicle Check Manager the second option on this page will allow you to view the most recent vehicle check for the chosen vehicle registration, this can highlight to the checker any previous defects that may need looking at.
