Survey

Survey allows you to ask questions of the recipient of your deliveries at the time of signing the POD (e.g. has the delivery driver caused any damage to the premises, are you satisfied with the delivery, was the driver courteous and helpful, etc).

The questions can be set to meet your company's specific criteria and this can be set to prevent a POD from being signed until the survey is completed.

Once the survey has been completed it can be viewed in Journease via the Browser - a Custom View called "Customer Surveys" - bear in mind that this custom view will only be added if you have Surveys enabled on your mobile devices.
