This refers to the Postcode Lookup capability in Journease.

Journease will allow FIVE free lookups per day, however if you require more than that then you will need to sign up for a Loqate account and link your account here

User Name

This is the user name used to log into Loqate on their site

Password

This is the password used to log into Loqate on their site

Account Reference

This is the 16 bit code (4 sets of four) that is set against your Geocode service or API Key (dependant on the service type you have signed up for)
