Mobile Licences

Mobile Licences are paid for as an addition to your monthly subscription. This screen will allow you to allocate prepaid mobile licences to their respective suppliers

You can see the number of allocated and available licences just beneath the coloured buttons at the top of the screen (the example shows 4 allocated out of a total of 7 available licences)

Allocate / Delete Mobile Licences

To allocate a licence

  1. Enter a Mobile User Name (NOTE: this cannot contain any spaces)

  2. Select the Supplier from the drop-down box

  3. Click on the Green Plus button

To delete an allocated licence

  1. Select the Licence that you wish to Delete

    1. This will populate the fields at the top of the screen with that licences details

    2. Click the Red Minus button

    3. The Licence will be deleted and the number of allocated Licences will reduce by one

The Yellow button is used to clear the fields at the top of the screen

The Blue button is used to refresh the list of Licences
