Default Browser Views

Customers

This view will allow you to search all customers (Account, Non-Account, Non-approved)

Clicking on the Customer Name will take you into the customer record

Job Status History

Job Stock Status History

This view will allow you to see the history of the Job Status, or Job Stock status respectively, against a job Showing the Status that was set, when it was changed and by whom

Jobs No Addresses

This view will allow you to search on a Job level

Clicking on the Job Number will take you to that Job
Clicking on the Customer Name will open that Customers customer record
Clicking on the Supplier will open that supplier record

Jobs With Addresses

This view will allow you to search on a Job Address Level

Clicking on the Job Number will take you to that Job
Clicking on the Customer Name will open that Customers customer record
Clicking on the Supplier will open that supplier record
Clicking on the Booking Depot will take you to the Depots page for that Depot

Quotations

This view will allow you to search for quotations on a Job level

Clicking on the Quotation Number will take you to that Quote
Clicking on the Customer Name will open that Customers customer record
Clicking on the Supplier will open that supplier record

Sales Invoices

This view will allow you to search Sales Invoices and match Job Numbers up to their respective Invoice Number

Clicking on the Job Number will take you to that Job
Clicking on the Customer Name will open that Customers customer record

Templates

This view will allow you to search for any Templated Jobs that you have created

Clicking on the Customer Name will open that Customers customer record
Clicking on the Supplier will open that supplier record
Clicking on the Job Number will take you to that Job and open up the template prompt asking if you wish to create a new job from the Template or edit the Template
