Add New Service

To add a new Service Type, click on the Add Service Type button in the top right.

This will open the Service Types Screen with a blank name.

Enter a Name (must be unique) and click the Save button to create the Service Type

Open Current Service

To open a current Service Type simply click on the Service Type name

This will take you to the Service Type Screen with the Service Type Name already entered

 

Adjusting the Vehicles and Prices

To add a vehicle and Alternative price to this ServiceType:

  1. Click on the Plus button to add a line

  2. In the first column select the vehicle/service that you want to make available to this ServiceType from the drop down box

  3. Add a minimum price and cost per mile OR select a price / cost matrix from the drop down to apply that charge to this Service / ServiceType combination

  4. Make sure that the Active checkbox is ticked

  5. Save the ServiceType
