Grid Columns

This screen list all of the PIDs currently in your Warehouse, due to arrive in your Warehouse, or Old PIDs that have passed through your Warehouse.

Functional

• Select Checkbox

  • Used for selecting which PIDs to Print using the Print button

• Edit

  • Click this link to open the PID modal (See Below) and prefill it with the details for the selected PID Row

PID Details

• PID

  • The Unique Product IDentification Number given to this Item

• Product Code

  • The unique Journease Product code assigned to the Product

• Product Description

  • The Journease Description for this Product

• Created Date

  • The Date that this particular PID was generated

• External Reference

  • External Unique Barcode used for this Item (often set by customers that are supplying their own labels)

• Live

  • Indicates status of this PID, Ticked = Live PID, unticked means Old PID

• Last Amended Date

  • The date that the PID was last updated (either manually or by scanner)

PID Type

• Is Master PID

  • This is a Master PID and will have several Child PIDs (usually used where the items themselves are too small to hold a Label, the Master PID Label can be used to scan the item)

• Is Pallet PID

  • This is a Pallet PID and will have several Child PIDs (Used to Group PIDs that are on the same Pallet for scanning and moving requirements)

• Is Packing PID

  • Similar to a Pallet PID, but can contain different Products within the Group (for scanning and moving requirements)

Allocation

• Job Number

  • The Job No. to which this PID has been allocated

  • Note: Unallocated PIDs will show Job Number = 0

• Address Type

  • The type of Address that this PID is allocated to (e.g. Collection / Delivery / Pick-up / Exchange)

• Address Postcode

  • The postcode of the Address to which this PID is allocated

• Job Status

  • The Current Job Status of the allocated Job

• Trip Number

  • The Trip No. on which the allocated Job Address has been planned

Whereabouts

• Depot Code

  • Which Depot currently holds this PID

• Location Type

  • The Type of Location where this PID can be found

• Location Code

  • The current Location where this PID can be found

Supplier/Customer Details

• Supplier Reference

  • The Reference Number given by the Supplier (optional) when the PID was delivered to the Warehouse

• Batch Number

  • The Batch Number given by the Supplier (Optional) when the PID was delivered to the Warehouse

• Internal Comments

  • Can be used for placing any comments against the PID

• Customer Name

  • The Journease Customer to whom this PID Belongs

DIMs

• Weight (kg)

  • The Weight of this PID in Kilograms

• Volume (m³)

  • The volume (sometimes referred to as CBM) of this PID in Cubic Meters

• Loading Meters (m²)

  • The footprint (sometimes used for 'Seats') for this PID in square meters

• No Of Pieces

  • How many pieces go to make up one Item (e.g. 1 x Table is an item but may have 2 boxes, [table top + Table Legs], = 2 Pieces)

Rejected Stock

• Is Rejected

  • Checkbox to show if the PID has been rejected

• Reject Code

  • Unique Code given to the reason for the rejection

• Reject Reason

  • Description of the reason for the rejection

• Reject Date

  • Date on which the PID was rejected
