Problem
My invoice has not been sent or i wish to view previous invoice statements for my Journease subscription
Solution
We recommend that you sign up for the customer portal where you can view all your journease invoices as well as other items relating to your subscription
If you have not yet signed up for the customer portal
- Navigate to www.journease.co.uk and click on Customer Login in the top right corner
- Click on Setup an Account
- Enter your company ID - This can be found in Journease by navigating to Help > About
- Enter a Username
- If an account has already been set up against this company ID you will see a warning to say that you have an account, If you cannot remember your log in details please contact Journease Support on 0117 958 6180
- If an account does not exist an email will be sent to the main email account associated with your company, This email will confirm sign up and provide you with a password
Once you have created an account or if you already have an account navigate to https://support.journease.co.uk/
- Input your username
- Input your password - If you cannot remember your log in details please contact Journease Support on 0117 958 6180
- Click the Login button
