Running Reports in Journease
In the Job Screen, once a Job has been SAVED.
Click on the Reports button at the top of the screen
this will open the Generate Report Modal
In the top field select the report that you wish to run
Note there are only specific reports that can be run from the Job Screen
To PRINT the report click on the Display button
This will download a pdf of the report to your Downloads folder on your PC
To Email the report select a To Address (CC Address and Bcc Address are optional)
The drop down will list all contact email addresses associated with the selected customer, although this is also a free type field so a different email can be typed in
Enter a subject (if different from the default) and click the Email button
Ticking Send a copy to checkbox will send a copy of the Email to your email address
This will be defaulted to the email address of the current logged in user

Selecting a Report from the Reports Screen
Select a Report from the list on the left hand side
Once selected, the filters available for that report will display on the right hand side
Filter down the report as required
NOTE: Running a report without filters will select ALL items and may slow down the report generation
If incorrect filters have been entered, or if you wish to change the filter simply click on the Clear Filter button
Once Filters have been selected click on the Run Report button to run the report
This will download a PDF of the report to your downloads Folder

If you require a report that is not listed in the standard report list, or would like a change to an existing report, then a custom bespoke report could be created for you.
NOTE: This may incur additional development charges depending on the complexity of the changes / new report
