Check Waiting

Having this ticked will set the default state of the Check Waiting checkbox on the Live Console, which in turn will automatically check if waiting time needs to be added to a Job when complete.

Minutes B4 reminder

This sets the time in minutes between checks on waiting Time against Jobs in the Live Console

Need HC POD

Having this ticked will prevent Jobs from being automatically removed until hey have a Hard Copy POD, as signified by the HC POD checkbox on the Job Address

NOTE: This will affect the MASS REMOVE button and Remove Without Asking checkbox, but will not affect the manual removal of a single line using the Item Remove button

Manual Refresh

Having this ticked will set the default state of the Manual refresh Checkbox on the Live console, which in turn will allow the Live Console to refresh automatically or wait for the user to press the Refresh List button

No Driver Warning minutes

This will set how much time in minutes, prior to a Job going out, that the Live Console Status will change to NO DRIVER (ND) when a driver or supplier has not been allocated to that Job

Bold Line

Having this ticked will make the currently selected line in the Live Console appear with BOLD text

Do Not Remove

Having this ticked will prevent Jobs being removed from the live console automatically and will only allow manual removal of a single line using the Item Remove button

NOTE: This will affect the MASS REMOVE button and Remove Without Asking checkbox

Remove Without Asking

Having this ticked will remove Jobs from the Live Console automatically when all POD / GOB information is received, this is also subject to the Need HC POD requirement

Colour Entire Row

Having this ticked will make the colour code, for the Live Console Status, colour the entire row, unticked it will just colour the Live Console Status column
