No. of days before warning regarding MOT, Insurance and Tax

This is the setting (In days) for the orange warning in the Vehicles/Services > Vehicles screen for MOT, Insurance, Tax AND service date

No. of miles before warning regarding vehicle servicing

This is the setting (in miles) for the orange warning in the Vehicles/Services > Vehicles screen for service miles

vehicles match them to vehicle type

With this ticked the dropdown for the vehicle on the Job Screen will only list registrations that match the Vehicle Type/Service selected in the job.

Unticked will show ALL vehicle registrations in the Vehicles/Services > Vehicles screen

drivers match them to vehicle type

With this ticked the dropdown for the Subcontractor or Driver 1, Driver 2 on the Job Screen will only list subbies and employees that match the Vehicle Type/Service selected in the job.

Unticked will show ALL subbies and employees in the Contacts > Suppliers screen

NOTE: this does not apply to CX drivers who will always show in the CX list

WTD Driving time

This is used to turn on the Working Time Directive for drivers (this feature is currently unavailable in Journease but is placed there for future development)

WTD Start Work (SW)

This is used to set the earliest start work time for Working Time Directive (this feature is currently unavailable in Journease but is placed there for future development)

WTD End Work (EW)

This is used to set the latest end work time for Working Time Directive (this feature is currently unavailable in Journease but is placed there for future development)

Activate resting time for drivers

This is used to activate the Global automatic calculation for rest periods for drivers

Rest period minutes

This is used to Globally set the amount of minutes break that a driver must have after the given driving time period.

NOTE: This can be set per vehicle type in the Vehicles/Services >Vehicle Type/Service screen

Driving time before required rest period

This is used to Globally set the amount of time a driver needs to be driving before a rest period is enforced

NOTE: This can be set per vehicle type in the Vehicles/Services >Vehicle Type/Service screen

Activate Delivery stop Times

This is used to activate the ability to add delivery stop minutes to addresses.

The number of minutes can be set and will be applied according to this hierarchy:-

1. Job Address Level (against the specific job address

2. Job Level (using the Show Settings button above the Addresses entry

3. VehicleType Level (Set against the Vehicle type/Service in the Vehicles/Services >Vehicle Type/Service screen

4. Global level (Set in Global Settings > Job > Default delivery stop time)
