Statuses
This is where we can enter Status details that can be added to jobs, trips and stock. Note that these Statuses apply to the relevant journease windows, for statuses that apply to web tracking see Lookup>Administration>Tracking & SMS Options | |
Status Code | The code that will be displayed in Journease to represent this status |
Status Description | A brief description of what this status will be used for |
These two columns are set as a header and will always show regardless of the slider at the bottom of the window. |
Tick the appropriate tickbox to determine the criteria for this Status Code - remember that the row header is what status will be applied, the column header is when this status is applied. | |
Applies to Job/Trip/Stock | This sets which window this code will apply to, one of the three must be selected for the status to work and it can only apply to one, once saved these cannot be changed |
Job Booked/via API/via Web | show this status when the Job has been booked using the selected method |
OK to Send Plan SMS | Allows the Plan SMS text message / E-Mail to be sent when this status is activated - this will show the SMS numbers and E-Mail addresses in the Plan SMS window that is activated from the Trip Screen |
Planned SMS Sent | Sets this status when Plan SMS has been sent |
Job Cancelled | Sets this status when a Job has been cancelled |
Unallocate Stock | Unallocates stock from the Job when this status is activated |
Failed Delivery | Sets this status when a delivery has failed |
Job Delivered | Sets this status when a delivery has been made |
Make Job Non Invoiceable | When this status is activated a Job that is able to be invoiced will become Non Invoiceable |
Make Job Invoiceable Again | When this status is activated a Job that is Non Invoiceable will become Invoiceable again |
Do Not Show for Invoicing | When this status is activated the Non Invoiceable Job tickbox is ticked on the Jobs & Quotations window Finance Tab so that the job will not appear in the invoice run list. |
Job Complete | Sets this status when a Job has been completed |
Can Archive | When this status is activated then the Job can be archived |
Trip Finalised | Sets this status when a Trip has been finalised and will prevent any further changes being made to the Trip |
Del. Date Confirmed | Sets this status when confirmation of a delivery date is received |
On Hold | Sets this status if the Job or Trip is on hold |
OK To Trip | Sets this status when a Job is created and stock is available, therefore the job can be processed into Trips |
List Order | This will adjust the list as seen on the drop-down box, 1 will be at top of list, 2 will be second etc. Changing the number (position) will automatically re-sort the other status' in the list. |
For an example of use of these Statuses, open Action Screens/Live Console and select a Job in the list, if you scroll to the end of the job row you will find the drop-down box to add a status to this job, Adding a status means that if another user checks on this job they have a record of the last action taken. |
