| Here we can change what individual users have access to in Journease, The Admin account by default has access to everything, however, you may want a user to be unable to access any financial information, or unable to make changes to pricing Matrices, this is where we can do that. |
| Menu Options | The sections shown match up with the TABs along the top of the Journease screen and allow you to adjust access to the individual parts. Selecting All will automatically tick all the boxes, equally unticking All will untickk all the boxes and allow you to tick only the ones that you want this user to have access to. |
| Other Access Levels | This section does not appear as a TAB on the top of Journease but can be used to set this users ability to access other depots, Export information, control quarantined items (Journease Warehouse only) and make changes to this Customer Access window. (Version 6.6.556 has now added the Warehouse Admin tickbox to this section) |
| Remember to Save any changes before closing the window. Note that changes cannot be made to the main Admin account only to other accounts. |
