Data View

The Data View is a replacement for the Journease Browser and has been introduced as a faster more 'up-to-date' search tool within Journease.

To use Data View navigate to Action Screens > Data View.

1. Select the type of data you wish to view from the drop down box in the top left of the screen (Fig.1).
2. A criteria box will appear where you can select your search criteria (Fig.2).
3. The search criteria can be added from a drop down box that shows all the criteria for the chosen view (Fig.3).
4. Once you have added a search criteria a new box will appear for you to add additional criteria (Fig.4), additional lines will be added each time you fill a criteria allowing for more definition for your search.
