Depot Zone Set

Depot Zone Sets are used when you have multiple Depots and require externally generated Jobs to be allocated to a specific Depot. In this Zone Set we add the Postcode area under Postcode, where the postcode refers to under Description and the Depot associated with that Postcode in the Zone Code column.

This means that any Jobs that are imported into Journease either from a .csv file or from a web booker will check the first Postcode for the Job (as this is most likely to indicate the area that this Job will start in) and allocate it to the required Depot. This is shown on the Jobs & Quotations window under Booking Depot.
