Journease is freezing when trying to open a window

Problem

When trying to open a window Journease freezes and will not open

Solution

Re-open Journease

  1. Close Journease Software down and wait for approx. 1min

  2. Re-open Journease and log back in

  3. Try to re-open the window

  4. If it still fails to open, or if Journease fails to log in correctly then call our support team - please have available the following details:-

  • Log on username

  • the last table that you updated before Journease froze,

  • the changes that you made to that table
