I have created/updated some information on the Customer Details Window but the new information is not available when creating a Job
In most cases this problem is caused by creating/updating information while the Job & Quotations window is open.
Journease will only update the Job & Quotations Window with new information when it is first opened. If the new information is not present-
- Close the Jobs & Quotations window fully (i.e. not just minimised behind your current window)
- Go to Action Screens / Jobs & Quotations to re-open the Window
- All new / Updated information should now be available
N.B. This rule applies to all windows that recieve updates from other windows, therefore if you have a similar problem not associated with Jobs & Quotations try closing the relevant window and re-opening.
