Saving my login Credentials
Problem
When you log onto Journease there is no option to save your details (If using windows 10 then please refer to Cannot save log in password on windows 10 )
Solution
Follow the steps below to put your credentials into windows credential manager
Pictures below are to help guide you through the process
- Press
on your keyboard to open the run command (fig 1) - Type control and press OK to open the control panel on your PC
- In the control panel ensure that Small icons (Fig 2 - 1) is selected and then open Credential Manager (Fig 2 - 2)
- In Windows Credential Manager ensure that Windows Credentials (Fig 3 - 1) is selected then click on Add a Windows Credential (Fig 3 - 2)
- Enter portal.journeasecloud.com (this is case sensitive so needs to be exact) into the top line (Fig 4)
- Input your Full User name (e.g. USER01@journeasecloud.com)
- Input your Journease Cloud password (the one we gave you when you signed up)
- Click OK
- In Windows Credential Manager ensure that Windows Credentials (Fig 3 - 1) is selected then click on Add a Windows Credential (Fig 3 - 2)
- Enter JOURN-CBLB-01.journeasecloud.com into the top line (Fig 4)
- Input your Full User name (e.g. USER01@journeasecloud.com)
- Input your Journease Cloud password (the one we gave you when you signed up)
- Click OK
Close down the Credential Manager and the Control Panel
The next time you open Journease, by double clicking on the desktop icon, you will automatically log in without need to enter your credentials again
